HOW WE WORK

Step 1

Come visit us at our factory showroom or peruse our website. Our downloadable catalogue and price list means you can get a ballpark quote yourself working from your own plan, or a list of cabinets. Alternatively, if you send us the plan or cabinet listing, we can work this out for you. Once you are happy with the pricing you receive and the quality of our product, payment of a non refundable £350 deposit will secure current pricing and also confirm a position within our manufacturing and delivery schedule.

Step 2

A minimum of 12 weeks before delivery, the deposit needs topping up with an additional £650 and it will now be necessary to create your new kitchen design in conjunction with our kitchen designer. This is provided completely free of charge.  This can either be done in the factory showroom by appointment, or online via free meeting software such as Zoom where we share our computer screen with you so you can see the design from the comfort of your home. If you are already comfortable with an existing design, we can just work from a confirmed list of cabinets if you prefer.

Another option we have available is for a designer to visit your own home who will take measurements and discuss all the aspects of your design. This however is not a free service and would depend on the distance being travelled. The normal fees are £400 plus a mileage charge.

Step 3

Once you are completely happy with your design, sign off your new kitchen design and list of cabinetry along with any accessories and pay the deposit of 50% of your total cost, minus the £1000 initial holding deposit that you made. This needs to be 12 weeks before the requested delivery date to ensure enough production time is allowed.

Step 4

We immediately begin the production process on your order, which first of all involves ordering all the raw materials required to produce your cabinetry. The workshop drawings are created in our CAD system which are then taken by the workshop foreman to the shop floor to go through all the necessary steps to create your cabinetry. We then manufacture your new kitchen in our own UK workshop to your custom design.

Step 5

4 weeks before your scheduled delivery date, the final balance needs to be paid in cleared funds. We deliver your newly built kitchen on the agreed date, using our own fleet of luton vans and 2 man delivery teams.
