Sorry for the delay in writing this letter, things have been very hectic here over the last few months, but this has given me time to assess my kitchen in use and it has met all my expectations.

I have enclosed a photograph of my kitchen which you may find of interest.  I have to say that your fitter, Karl, did an excellent job and overcame all the problems that arose, especially the problem with the extractor fan.

Overall I have to say that I was very pleased with everything you did, from your first visit to look at the existing kitchen right through to completion.

I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to any of my friends.
